Elias Ruiz, a 34-year-old Costa Rican chef, was born in Costa Rica and grew up surrounded by flavors and aromas that led him to pursue a career in cooking. Since he was a child, his mom taught him the art of cooking, and today he finds his passion in creating dishes that not only nourish but also heal. Through his food, Elias seeks to help people connect with the healing power of good nutrition.
