I am a passionate cook who feels most alive in the kitchen and in nature. I love growing my own herbs and vegetables and fishing in the sea, bringing the freshest flavors of the land and ocean directly to my dishes. In my open kitchen, I enjoy conversing with guests and sharing stories about my garden, because I believe food is most meaningful—and most delicious—when it is shared.
My intention is for every person who sits at my table to feel at home, surrounded by authentic flavors and genuine hospitality.
